東(dong)莞螺絲廠標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)就是(shi)規(gui)范，每(mei)個國(guo)家(jia)和部(bu)(bu)門都有自己的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。目(mu)前，GB—中國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（國(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ANSI—美(mei)國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（美(mei)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）DIN—德國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）ASME—美(mei)國(guo)機械工程(cheng)師協會標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)JIS—日本國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)（日標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)）BSW—英國(guo)國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)GB—國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)我(wo)(wo)國(guo)眾多標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)中的(de)(de)一種，另外還有行業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)，專業標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和部(bu)(bu)門標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)等(deng)(deng)。國(guo)家(jia)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)又分：GB（強制性(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）和GB/T（推(tui)薦性(xing)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）以及GBn（國(guo)家(jia)內部(bu)(bu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)）等(deng)(deng)。我(wo)(wo)們平常看到的(de)(de)像(xiang)GB30，GB5783等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)都是(shi)強制性(xing)的(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)。

以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)上幾種(zhong)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)除了(le)(le)一些基(ji)本尺寸(cun)如頭部對邊、頭部厚度等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)外(wai)，最(zui)主要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)部分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同。GB、DIN、JIS等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都有是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)，統稱(cheng)為(wei)公制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。另像(xiang)ANSI、ASME等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)稱(cheng)為(wei)美(mei)標(biao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。除了(le)(le)公制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)外(wai)還有一種(zhong)BSW—英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),其螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)，俗稱(cheng)惠氏螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。 公制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)MM（毫(hao)米）為(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)，它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖(jian)角為(wei)60度。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)和英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)都是(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)為(wei)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖(jian)角也(ye)(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)60度，而英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)牙尖(jian)角為(wei)55度。由于計量單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同，導致了(le)(le)各種(zhong)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)示(shi)方法也(ye)(ye)不(bu)盡相同。例如像(xiang)M16-2X60表(biao)示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)公制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)表(biao)示(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑為(wei)16MM，牙距(ju)為(wei)2MM，長度為(wei)60MM，又如：1/4—20X3/4表(biao)示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)就是(shi)(shi)(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)，他(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)體意思是(shi)(shi)(shi)該螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑為(wei)1/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)（一英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)=25.4MM），在(zai)一英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)上有20個(ge)牙，長度為(wei)3/4英(ying)(ying)(ying)寸(cun)。另外(wai)要(yao)表(biao)示(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)話一般會在(zai)表(biao)示(shi)英(ying)(ying)(ying)制(zhi)(zhi)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后面加上UNC以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)及UNF，以(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)此來區別是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)粗牙或是(shi)(shi)(shi)美(mei)制(zhi)(zhi)細牙。在(zai)平(ping)時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內銷業務中(zhong)，我們最(zui)常遇到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)是(shi)(shi)(shi)GB（國標(biao)）和DIN（德標(biao)）。

東莞螺絲廠在生產(chan)品(pin)方面，主要會接觸到(dao)以下幾種標(biao)準：

GB30；GB5783；GB5782；GB52；GB6170；GB818；GB819；GB845；GB846；GB70；DIN912；DIN933；DIN931等。目前GB30（老(lao)(lao)國標(biao)(biao)）在標(biao)(biao)準書中(zhong)已被(bei)GB5783（新(xin)國標(biao)(biao)）所(suo)代(dai)替。GB52（老(lao)(lao)國標(biao)(biao)）在標(biao)(biao)準書中(zhong)已被(bei)GB6170（新(xin)國標(biao)(biao)）所(suo)代(dai)替。 在1986年，國家對(dui)標(biao)(biao)準件(jian)制定了(le)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)準，一(yi)般俗稱為(wei)(wei)(wei)新(xin)標(biao)(biao)，使用(yong)最多的主要有GB5780、GB5781、GB5782、GB5783、GB5784。GB5780為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭粗桿半牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲，其精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C級(ji)產品(pin)，可用(yong)GB5782來(lai)代(dai)替（GB5782為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭粗桿半牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲，其精(jing)度(du)等到級(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)和(he)B級(ji)。）GB5781為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭全牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲，精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)C 級(ji)產品(pin)。可用(yong)GB5783來(lai)代(dai)替（GB5783為(wei)(wei)(wei)六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)頭全牙(ya)(ya)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲，其精(jing)度(du)等級(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)A級(ji)和(he)B 級(ji)）。GB5784為(wei)(wei)(wei)細桿半牙(ya)(ya)的六(liu)(liu)角(jiao)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)絲。

新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區別在(zai)于：M8、M10、M12、M14、M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊寬度上(shang)有(you)所區別。除M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)外，新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)M8、M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊比老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊要小(xiao)(xiao)1MM。分(fen)別為13、16、18、21MM ，而M22系列的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)，新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊反而要大(da)2MM，應特別注意。對(dui)(dui)(dui)于頭(tou)部(bu)厚度，新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)和老(lao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)之間(jian)略有(you)差別，在(zai)要求不(bu)是(shi)非(fei)常嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況下可(ke)以通(tong)(tong)用。 新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)區別在(zai)于：M10、M12、M14、M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)規格(ge)，在(zai)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊寬度上(shang)有(you)所差別。M10、M12、M14的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊新(xin)(xin)(xin)標(biao)(biao)(biao)比德標(biao)(biao)(biao)要小(xiao)(xiao)1MM。而M22的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)，其頭(tou)部(bu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊比德標(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)邊寬度要大(da)2MM ，其它的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)均可(ke)通(tong)(tong)用。

東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲廠對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于六角(jiao)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，常用(yong)的(de)(de)標準(zhun)有：GB52、GB6170、GB6172和(he)DIN934，對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于它們之間的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)區別有：GB6170的(de)(de)厚度(du)(du)要(yao)比(bi)GB52、GB6172和(he)DIN934來的(de)(de)厚，俗稱為(wei)(wei)厚螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)。另外(wai)就是(shi)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)上的(de)(de)區別，M8的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)系列中DIN934、GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)都是(shi)13MM比(bi)GB52的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)14MM要(yao)小(xiao)1MM，M10的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934與GB52的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)17MM，比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)要(yao)大1MM，M12的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)19MM比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)18MM要(yao)大1MM。對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)于M14的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)22MM比(bi)GB6170和(he)GB6172的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)21MM要(yao)大1MM。另外(wai)就是(shi)M22的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)帽(mao)，DIN934、GB52的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)為(wei)(wei)32MM，比(bi)GB6170、GB6172的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)34MM要(yao)小(xiao)2MM。（GB6170和(he)GB6172除了(le)其(qi)(qi)厚度(du)(du)不一樣外(wai)，對(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)寬度(du)(du)完全一樣）其(qi)(qi)余規格在(zai)不考慮厚度(du)(du)的(de)(de)情況下(xia)，可以通用(yong)。

螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)規范(fan)在(zai)(zai)內六角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)方(fang)面，國標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中有(you)兩(liang)個(ge)版(ban)本(ben)，一個(ge)為GB70—76，76年版(ban)本(ben)，一個(ge)為GB70—85，85年版(ban)本(ben)，東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)廠現執行DIN912的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，所以(yi)(yi)在(zai)(zai)實(shi)際(ji)業務操作(zuo)中應注意(yi)區別(bie)：其中GB70—85與DIN912完全重合，故(gu)對于使用(yong)(yong)新標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)(de)情(qing)況，不存(cun)在(zai)(zai)著(zhu)差別(bie)，主要(yao)是(shi)GB70—76與DIN912之間有(you)所區別(bie)：M8系列的(de)(de)(de)內六角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)產(chan)品，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為12.5MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)13.27MM要(yao)小(xiao)一些(xie)(xie),M10系列的(de)(de)(de)內六角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)產(chan)品,GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為15MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)16.27要(yao)小(xiao)一些(xie)(xie),M12系列的(de)(de)(de)內六角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為18MM,比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)對邊(bian)18.27要(yao)小(xiao)一些(xie)(xie),另像(xiang)M16、M20系列的(de)(de)(de)內六角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)比DIN912的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)小(xiao)0.33MM，分別(bie)為24MM，30MM。DIN912的(de)(de)(de)則分別(bie)為24.33MM和(he)30.33MM。另外(wai)老標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)內六角(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)之間的(de)(de)(de)內對邊(bian)寬度由于標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)不同而不同，GB70—76的(de)(de)(de)內對邊(bian)要(yao)小(xiao)一些(xie)(xie)，在(zai)(zai)業務作(zuo)業中也應加以(yi)(yi)注意(yi)。 另外(wai)，平時可能會用(yong)(yong)到的(de)(de)(de)馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)也有(you)一些(xie)(xie)區別(bie)，在(zai)(zai)此也作(zuo)一個(ge)說(shuo)明，在(zai)(zai)國標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)中，有(you)兩(liang)種馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)，即(ji)GB12（小(xiao)半(ban)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)）和(he)GB14（大半(ban)圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)方(fang)頸螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)），平時在(zai)(zai)市面上較(jiao)常用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)還有(you)德標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)DIN603。東莞螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)廠對這三(san)者(zhe)加以(yi)(yi)區別(bie)：對于圓(yuan)頭(tou)(tou)頸，在(zai)(zai)同一規格比較(jiao)時是(shi)：GB12<GB14<DIN603< SPAN>。通常在(zai)(zai)馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)時，往往要(yao)求頭(tou)(tou)頸大而厚，所以(yi)(yi)DIN603馬(ma)車螺(luo)(luo)絲(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)完全符合要(yao)求。
